Holding an MSc in Marketing from the University of Birmingham, UK, she brings a forward-looking perspective to how brands create value and form meaningful connections in a rapidly evolving retail landscape.
Her career foundation was built at IKEA Thailand, where she spent nearly eight years as Country Marketing & PR Manager. During this period, she led national campaigns, strengthened brand relevance, and elevated omnichannel retail experiences through insight-led storytelling that shaped how Thai consumers engaged with the brand.
Her next chapter took her to adidas Thailand, where she served as Senior Membership Manager and played a pioneering role in launching the brand’s global loyalty program in the market. She shaped the membership strategy, consumer engagement ecosystem, and activation blueprint - laying the groundwork for long-term customer value and deeper brand affinity across diverse audiences.
Today, as Head of Marketing at YMF International Thai Co., Ltd. Harisa leads multi-brand strategy across fashion and lifestyle portfolios - overseeing brand direction, marketing communications, creative strategy, E-commerce growth, CRM, and retail experience innovation. She is recognized for integrating strategic clarity with creative intuition, enabling each brand under her leadership to grow with both commercial impact and emotional resonance.
