Adrian is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the ecommerce logistics industry. Skilled in People Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, and Sales Management. He has served in DHL for over a decade and worked as pioneer in developing China market in two different business units: DHL Global Forwarding and DHL eCommerce Solution. After gaining enough industrial knowledge from a global 500, he has decided to leave the comfort zone and become the Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Emerging Market in YunExpress which is a unicorn startup in Shenzhen, China.
During his career development in Mainland China, he chose to return to CUHK and pursue the MBA study in 2017. Most of the selected lectures were focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship and managing innovation & technology because he wanted to transform himself from a professional executive to an entrepreneur. To broaden the horizon, Adrian has taken a break in his career and exchanged in The University of Michigan. Finally, he graduated as Top 3 in MBA programme (part time module) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong – CUHK Business School in 2020 and awarded Dean’s List. After graduation, he has formed an alumni association: CUHK MBA Greater Bay Area Alumni Chapter and be the first President, his mission and vision are to link up the graduates and the current students, enhancing the connection and engagement in MBA community.

Gunawan Hutagalung was born on 19th August 1975. Since the beginning of the year, he is as Director of Posts in the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. He was previously Director of Posts and Informatics Control. Apart of his main position as a Director, he is also serving as a Committee Member of Agency for Telecommunication and Information Accessibility (BAKTI) and as a Commissioner of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). He also actively participated in some international courses, such as IP Mobile Training of Beijing International Telecommunication Development (2000), WTO Agreement of USAID (2002), Cost Modeling of OVUM (2006), USO Modeling of APEC (2006), Interconnect Modeling of APEC (2006), and ITU Cost Model Training (2009 & 2010). In 2020, he won an Innovation Award of Covid-19’s Handling Support by formulating the implementation of M-Sight System in PeduliLindungi application. PeduliLindungi is the official COVID-19 contact tracing app used for digital contact tracing in Indonesia.


Mr. Clarence Leong

The founder and CEO of EasyParcel, Clarence Leong started his career as a material-science aerospace engineer in the UK before deciding to return to Malaysia to become an entrepreneur. The Penang native founded two start-ups before finally landing on a winner in 2014.
After the unsuccessful attempt at scaling his second start-up, Leong came up with a novel idea of streamlining shipping, and doing away with the unnecessary manual labour involved in delivering a parcel, which costs both time and money. He founded EasyParcel, a web-based parcel consolidator and e-commerce shipping solutions provider, which enables customers to book deliveries with multiple established courier companies at competitive prices.
With EasyParcel’s integrated e-commerce platform, customers can get quotes from multiple courier companies to get the best price, do a quick online-delivery booking, track their delivery and get auto-generated consignment notes. Today, EasyParcel has more than one million users including SMEs, with an average of 100,000 deliveries daily, and has a presence in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.


Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh

Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh is the Secretary-General of the Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU). He was elected to this position during the APPU Congress held in Bangkok in 2022.
An Indian Postal Service (IPoS) officer of the 1988 batch, Dr. Singh comes with a rich and varied experience of more than 33 years working with the Government of India and outside. He has handled various portfolios in the Department of Posts, Government of India (India Post), which entail diverse responsible positions managing myriad facets of policy formulation, policy implementation, postal operations, international relations, and financial services. Outside India Post, his experience includes working with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) of India and with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Afghanistan.
He has a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Before assuming his current position as the Secretary-General of the APPU, he was working as a Member of the Postal Services Board, Government of India, handling the HR matters of close to half a million postal staff. In his present role, he leads the Union catering to the postal needs of 32 member countries from the Asia Pacific region and is also the Head of one of the world’s largest intergovernmental postal training institutes- the Asian Pacific Postal College.
