She currently serves as the Sustainability Solutions Manager at Rhenus Logistics, where she leads global sustainability engagement programs, collaborates with sales teams and clients, and manages innovative sustainability products.

Before joining Rhenus, Aakrati worked as a Sustainability Manager at AWR Lloyd, a leading management consulting firm. In this role, she managed a team of analysts and worked extensively with heavy asset and energy industries to improve their ESG performance, develop decarbonization strategies, and align with international frameworks such as TCFD. Her role involved crafting actionable solutions for complex challenges, which honed her ability to deliver measurable results. Aakrati has facilitated sustainability workshops across Europe, Asia, and North America. Her work spans emissions reduction, project management, and stakeholder engagement are complemented by her background in finance and market analysis.
